The number of votes that can be cast at the EGM (based on information available on the day of this convocation) is 210,969,550. This equals the number of issued OCI Shares (211,357,989) minus the OCI Shares that OCI holds in its own share capital (388,439), as OCI may not cast votes on those shares.
