AMSTERDAM, 10 April 2025: OCI Global (Euronext: OCI) (“OCI” or the “Company”) announces today that it will pay an extraordinary cash distribution of USD 4.74 per share (USD 1.0 billion in total), pursuant to the resolutions of OCI’s general meeting adopted on 3 February 2025, and following the lapsing of the mandatory creditor opposition period.
The ex-dividend date will be 15 April 2025 and record date 16 April 2025. The payment date will be on or around 7 May 2025.
The distribution will be made as a repayment of capital or, at the election of the shareholder, as an extraordinary payment from the profit reserve. Shareholders that do not make a choice will participate in the repayment of capital. In addition, shareholders will have the opportunity to elect a payment in EUR instead of USD. The Company will make a distribution in USD unless the relevant shareholder has opted for a distribution in EUR.
