To support our operations, we are currently looking for a Turnaround Manager for the OCI Nitrogen Geleen Manufacturing site.

What will you do as a Turnaround Manager?

As Turnaround Manager, you are leading the scoping, preparation, execution and close-out of one large or multiple smaller turnarounds in sequence at the OCI Nitrogen site. You lead multidisciplinary teams and work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, HSE and a whole suite of external contractors. Your objective is to deliver turnarounds safely, on time and within budget, with strong focus on quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities:

• Define and lead turnaround objectives and scope

• Prepare and maintain detailed execution plans and convert into a high quality resource loaded plan.

• Develop a robust and competitive budget

• Continuously Monitor and frequently report HSSE performance, progress & cost

• Identify, assess and mitigate risks throughout the turnaround preparation and execution phases

• Evaluate completed turnarounds and implement lessons learned

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners and international networks

• Create a safe, communicative and effective working environment in all phases of the turnarounds

You recognize yourself in this profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline

• Extensive experience in an industrial environment, with affinity for production and maintenance

• Demonstrated track recors delivering turnarounds or deep brownfield projects

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Safety is your top priority

• Able to operate effectively in dynamic and changing environments at all levels in the organization
