If our Recruitment Team loved what they saw in your application documents, they will reach out to you to arrange a call to get to know you, what you love about your work and how that would look like at OCI.

If the initial phone call with the Recruitment Team went well, it’s time to have an in person or video interview with the hiring manager and/or team members. A great opportunity to ask all your questions and get to know more about OCI. Depending on the role, we might ask you to do an online assessment.

If we are happy with the interview(s) and result of the assessment (where applicable), we would love to have you work with us and will make you an offer! Once you accept our offer, you will be onboarded. Welcome to OCI!
