Board Structure
Our one-tier Board of Directors is responsible for the management, general affairs, strategy, and long-term success of the business as a whole. The Board comprises a majority of Non-Executive Directors and a minority of Executive Directors whose responsibility is collective, taking into account their respective roles as Executive Directors and Non-Executive Directors.
