The Project Procurement Manager develops the supply plan for projects such as turnarounds or building new plants (“project procurement”). Manages and executes the procurement process according to the supply plan and negotiates/manages project-specific contracts. Acting as mature partner focusing on continuously improvement and related processes.


Who are we looking for?

You have a Master degree (or equivalent through experience) in Business Administration or Engineering (preferably with SCM or procurement as major). You preferably have knowledge/experience in professional procurement, at least 5 years within big Technical (capex) projects. You have project management skills and experience (for managing procurement in projects) and thorough (supplier) contract management skills and experience. You have the ability and willingness to travel to projects in Europe and suppliers across the world to a limited extent.

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and you speak and write proper English and Dutch.
